Termination

- We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, then delete it
- Certain provisions of these terms survive termination
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California
- We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
